Star Citizen Events
It was the time of year again: Luminalia, the annual holiday celebrated by both the Banu and Humans on December 22 in Star Citizen. For the Banu, this was a time of joy and celebration, as they lit ceremonial lamps that would stay lit until their fuel was consumed.
The Human population of Star Citizen also enjoyed the festivities, though there was an additional element to the celebration this year. A mysterious hotfix had been released shortly before Luminalia, and it seemed to be connected to the holiday somehow.
The hotfix had caused some strange changes to the game, and the rumors were that these changes were related to the Banu celebration of Luminalia. Some speculated that the hotfix was meant to bring the Banu and Human populations closer together, and that the changes were meant to improve communication and understanding between the two groups.
Whatever the truth of the matter, the people of Star Citizen were all looking forward to the Luminalia celebrations. The Banu lit their lamps and invited friends, business associates, and passing strangers into their Soulis. Everyone was given gifts, and the festivities continued until the lamps were exhausted.
The hotfix may have been mysterious, but it certainly seemed to have been a success. The people of Star Citizen were closer than ever, and the spirit of Luminalia was alive and well.
